  • ICHCare Workforce Training Center (IWTC) was founded on the strength of ICHCare Inc.’s leadership in healthcare and education. With decades of combined expertise in nursing practice, academic instruction, and workforce development, IWTC brings unmatched quality and capacity to healthcare training. 
     
    We chose to launch with the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Long-Term Care Program because CNAs are the backbone of patient care. By leveraging our proven experience, IWTC provides training that not only prepares students for the Florida CNA Certification Exam but also equips them with professional habits, compassion, and resilience to excel in the workplace.
