Welcome to ICHCare Workforce Training Center

ICHCare Workforce Training Center (IWTC), a division of ICHCare Inc., is a nonprofit institution dedicated to preparing learners from underserved communities for meaningful careers. Our mission is to make workforce education accessible, affordable, and career-focused, equipping students with the knowledge, skills, and credentials to thrive in healthcare and emerging industries.

We start with our Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Program, providing hands-on, state-approved training that prepares graduates for the Florida CNA exam and entry-level healthcare careers. As we grow, IWTC will expand offerings in digital skills, allied health, mental health, telehealth, entrepreneurship, and community health—opening doors to upward mobility and lifelong opportunity.
